TL;DR Precision electrical & air are excellent, and I have no hesitation to recommend them and to continue calling them up to perform future electrical work.

(essentially all of my jobs with precision has been aircon related, so I will be talking from that point of view)
I have had Precision perform a few aircon jobs at my home over the past year; new aircon installs, aircon replacements and some smaller electrical work (new outlets + vent fans) and they have been excellent every single time.

I have zero hesitation to recommend them, and have done so to colleagues and friends whenever the discussion of electrical work comes up.

James has shown a high level of knowledge during the on-site quoting process, taking the time to explain what the work may look like, ideal options as well as potential alternate options for installation, placement, unit types and what the requirements will be for a proper installation to meet warranty requirements. He does this all with the requirements of the customer in mind, first and foremost achieving that requirement first and then presenting aforementioned options.
He is also very responsive and detailed in answering queries I have asked to clarify some points before accepting quotes.

Joel & Elliott have been the chaps that have come around to perform the numerous jobs, and they have been very, very considerate, patient and are clearly hard workers who take pride in their work.
I usually WFH when the job is being performed, and the boys always kindly inform me when they need some assistance getting access to areas, when power needs to be turned off (saved me from suddenly dropping out of meetings) and when they run into some small bumps. All these "bumps" so far were immediately rectified and are very minor non-issues.
The boys are also very accommodating, taking the little bit of extra time to clean up & help reset furniture (when able), explain thoroughly how the job went, anything to keep in mind with the new installs (AC drain pump), scoot over their vehicles when the wife needed to pop out for her work amongst many other things that minimized disruption to the household on the day.

Pricing is quite reasonable, with the workmanship in mind I would say pricing is excellent.
I look forward to having Precision perform further work on my home.

This is the third time I have used the services provided by Precision Electrical.
Very satisfied with the installation of my smoke alarms and repairs in the past and most recently two new outside fluorescent fittings, checking why the aircon had tripped the switch in the meter box and testing  a powerpoint for possible repairs.
James and his staff are always helpful and courteous.
